Ashburnham Community Church Facilities
Ashburnham Community Church is located at the corner of Chapel Street and Main Street in downtown Ashburnham, Massachusetts. The church’s sanctuary has been lovingly cares for over the years and is a visually and acoustically appealing space, filled with light and sound. Downstairs, a function hall can be used for a variety of private and community events.
Besides Sunday services and an active Food Pantry mission to the community’s less fortunate, the building is used regularly for meetings of Girl Scouts, the Ashburnham Food Co-Op, the Odd Fellows, and Alcoholics Anonymous. Since 1985, Sunday afternoon piano concerts in the sanctuary have drawn audiences from all over New England.
The sanctuary is a light, airy space with clear glass windows on both sides and one colored glass window at the front. There is enough seating for about 175 people, including a choir loft with chair lift at the back of the room.
The lower level of the building offers a large, well-lit function hall that can be rented for one-time events or recurring use. The hall comes with folding tables and chairs, a prep kitchen for catered refreshments, and men’s and women’s restrooms.
